- Map pain points – Interview team members across marketing, ops, CX, and product to identify high-impact, high-effort processes ripe for automation.
- Ship automations fast – Build, test, and deploy n8n workflows (and occasional custom scripts) for use cases like influencer sourcing, automated reporting dashboards, and an internal iRESTORE knowledge bot.
- Integrate tools – Connect Shopify, Amazon SP-API, Google Sheets, Slack, Airtable, Klaviyo, etc. using APIs and webhooks.
- Monitor & iterate – Set up logging, alerting, and SLA checks; refine flows based on usage data and stakeholder feedback.
- Document & train – Create concise SOPs and Loom walkthroughs so non-technical teammates can self-serve.
- Track ROI – Quantify hours saved, cost reductions, and incremental revenue driven by each automation.
- Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or Amazon marketplace tooling.
- Experience building workflow automations (n8n required; Zapier/Make.com plus).
- Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for custom nodes, API wrappers, and data transforms.
- Solid grasp of REST APIs, OAuth, and webhook patterns.
- Strong English communication skills; able to translate business requirements into technical specs.
- Self-starter mindset, bias for action, comfortable working async with 2-4 hr overlap to Pacific Time.
- Familiarity with vector databases, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and RAG pipelines.
- Basic SQL and data-viz (Metabase, Looker, Supabase).
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.
- Eliminate 150+ hours of manual work, delivering immediate ROI and boosting team morale
- Create at least 3 high-impact automations to demonstrate execution velocity and value creation
- Achieve an internal NPS ("automation satisfaction") of ≥ 8/10 — indicating strong quality and satisfaction from internal users
- Create playbooks for 100% of automations to ensure scalability and efficient knowledge transfer
