- Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of complex business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that technical teams can design and build against.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement reviews.
- Ensure requirements align with strategic objectives, business value, and operational needs.
- Partner with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, and release activities.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early and proactively propose solutions.
- Validate delivered solutions against requirements and support user acceptance testing.
- Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.
- Develop process flows, diagrams, and documentation to support change initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices, templates, and standards.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for business analysis within projects or programmes.
- Coach and mentor junior and mid-level Business Analysts.
- Provide guidance on best practices, requirement quality, and stakeholder engagement.
- Communicate progress, risks, and impacts clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support leadership with impact assessments, cost/benefit analysis, and data-driven insights.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready where required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related role.
- Strong experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
