- Enter and manage customer orders accurately in company systems.
- Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and consistency.
- Utilize Excel for tracking, reporting, and order management.
- Read and interpret shop drawings to ensure correct order specifications.
- Apply math skills with U.S. fractions and inches for accurate measurements.
- Use CAD software to review and record technical details.
- Understand and document written instructions such as delivery dates, locations, and special requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing (no direct customer contact required).
- Previous experience in order entry, data entry, or manufacturing support preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
- Familiarity with CAD software.
- Solid math skills, especially with fractions and inch-based measurements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the glass or architectural materials industry is a plus.
