- Follow up with international suppliers to ensure timely shipment of orders
- Track orders and proactively manage delays or issues
- Communicate shipping updates and timelines with the service team
- Coordinate and assist with container consolidation
- Maintain and update internal systems with accurate order and shipment data
- Perform data entry and ensure records are organized and up to date
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain clear communication
- Experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic experience with Excel and email communication
