  • Training Delivery: Faithfully deliver and support DL&D training programs, acting as a facilitator and/or host.
  • Administrative Duties: Promptly fulfill all administrative duties related to facilitation and hosting assignments.
  • Support Initiatives: Support DL&D and AXA distribution initiatives, as needed.
  • Onboarding: Attend onboarding programs as a participant and observer.
  • Accreditation: Undergo accreditation for various DL&D training programs.
  • Other Tasks: Carry out other miscellaneous tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • College Graduate: Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Philosophy, Education and other related disciplines.
  • Previous training/teaching experience
  • Sales/Marketing/ or Banking experience is an advantage
