Job Responsibilities: Driver Recruitment: Identify and recruit potential drivers for our Mobility business. This includes conducting information sessions, interviews, and onboarding new drivers. Driver Management: Maintain a strong relationship with our drivers. Address their concerns, provide necessary support, and ensure their satisfaction with our services. Supply-Demand Balance: Monitor and analyze the supply-demand situation in the region. Implement strategies to maintain a healthy balance, ensuring efficient service for our customers and fair opportunities for our drivers. Training: Conduct training sessions for new drivers and refresher courses for existing ones. Ensure all drivers are well-versed with Grab's policies and procedures. Performance Monitoring: Track driver performance and provide feedback. Implement strategies to improve driver performance and service quality. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor strategies. Use this information to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field: This requirement ensures that the candidate has a solid foundation in business principles and practices. Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar role: Practical experience in these fields is crucial as it provides the candidate with a deep understanding of supply-demand dynamics, resource management, and logistical planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: As the point of contact for our drivers, the candidate must be able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: The candidate will need to analyze supply-demand data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks: The role requires managing various tasks simultaneously, from driver recruitment and management to performance monitoring and market research. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel: The candidate will need to use Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for tasks like data analysis, report generation, and performance tracking
