Transport Supply Coordinator

• Driver Recruitment: Identify and recruit potential drivers for our Transport business. This includes conducting information sessions, interviews, and onboarding new drivers.
• Driver Management: Maintain a strong relationship with our drivers. Address their concerns, provide necessary support, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
• Supply-Demand Balance: Monitor and analyze the supply-demand situation in the region. Implement strategies to maintain a healthy balance, ensuring efficient service for our customers and fair opportunities for our drivers.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for new drivers and refresher courses for existing ones. Ensure all drivers are well-versed with Grab's policies and procedures.
• Performance Monitoring: Track driver performance and provide feedback. Implement strategies to improve driver performance and service quality.
• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor strategies. Use this information to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.
