
HR ASSISTANT

- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as document preparation, communications, templating, filing, researching, taking meeting minutes, maintaining employee records, etc.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Assist with onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
- Pull and compile reports.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and assisting with candidate communication.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Contribute to fostering a positive team environment through engagement initiatives.
- Assist in planning and executing engagement programs and events.
- Assist in the administration of employee surveys, reviews, and documents.
- Assist in coordinating, creating, and tracking training sessions and development programs.
- Support in benefits administration and employee inquiries.
- Assist with the communication of benefits programs to employees.
- Work on projects to improve processes, launch new programs, and contribute to the strategic initiatives of the HR team.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience,
- Prior experience in HR administration or administrative roles is an asset (not required).
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is an asset (not required)
- Work schedule: 9am to 5pm (PST)
- Work arrangement: In the office
- Employment type: Project-based (4-5 months)
