
Service Order Administrator

- To accurately enter contractual or individual job requirements into our systems ensuring the correct end to end process is followed via SAP and BFS (Salesforce)
- Process invoices in a timely, accurate manner, adding detailed customer references/notes – meeting month end deadlines.
- Process purchase orders onto SAP and BFS
- The Ideal candidate must have strong computer skills in the Microsoft packages, word, excel and teams and communicate in a clear and concise manner, Fluent English is mandatory
- Strong time management and self-organizational skills
- Handles multiple and conflicting priorities and effectively prioritizes tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Can work both independently and part of a team
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer
- At least 1 year of experience in Order Management is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment, under pressure and minimum supervision
- Able to multi-task effectively, organized, with good prioritization system
- Good attention to details, high commitment to quality output
- Familiar with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
