Schedule: Must have at least 4 hours of daily overlap with U.S. business hoursAbout the RoleWe’re a boutique web development agency looking for a Data Engineer with advanced Salesforce experience to power our internal go-to-market (GTM) operations. This role blends responsibilities typically found in both Salesforce Admin and ETL Developer roles—with a clear focus on data integrity, lead ops, and CRM optimization.You’ll take ownership of Salesforce data processes and ensure smooth integrations across multiple GTM platforms. If you’re someone who loves clean, scalable systems and enjoys working behind the scenes to empower sales and marketing teams, we want to meet you.What You’ll Be DoingIngest lead data into Salesforce from APIs, web forms, CSVs, and third-party sourcesStandardize, validate, and map data to the correct Salesforce fieldsIdentify and eliminate duplicates using fuzzy matching or tools like DemandToolsImplement and optimize lead source and UTM attribution for enhanced reportingManage relationships across key Salesforce objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities)Troubleshoot and resolve data sync issues (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, custom webhooks)Analyze Salesforce architecture and recommend improvements for scalabilityPropose tools, workflows, and automations to improve GTM system performance and reportingYou Might Be a Great Fit If You:Have experience supporting outbound SDR and AE teams using SalesforceAre confident managing ETL workflows for lead ingestion and normalizationHave handled large datasets (1M+ records) and understand the performance impact on CRMsUnderstand the full lifecycle of a lead and can debug attribution or conversion issuesCan confidently work with UTM data and help build attribution models (first/last touch, multi-touch)Are highly detail-oriented and quick to spot inconsistencies or data issuesCommunicate well in English, both in writing and in conversationThrive in a fast-paced, remote-first, performance-oriented cultureHave a background in GTM systems (Sales, Marketing Ops, or RevOps)Bonus Points For:Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I)Experience with BI tools like Looker or TableauFamiliarity with modern GTM platforms: HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Apollo, Chili Piper, LinkedIn Ads, Zapier, UnifyBackground in startup or agency environmentsWork SetupFully remote positionMust be based in the PhilippinesRequires at least 4 hours of daily overlap with U.S. business hours
