Tripla is a leading hospitality technology company providing AI-driven solutions that help hotels maximize revenue through smarter pricing, promotions, and direct distribution. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive the end-to-end sales process in the Philippine market-from lead generation to post-sale onboarding and after sales support coordination. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless handover to the operations team, and driving customer success. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, qualify, and engage with prospective hotel clients. Conduct product demos, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Promote the full suite of Tripla products (AI chatbot, booking engine, pricing optimizer, etc.). Build and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities using the CRM system. Onboarding & Implementation CoordinationAct as the main point of contact during the initial onboarding phase after contract signing. Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, and IT) to ensure smooth setup and activation. Guide clients through onboarding timelines, requirements, and training sessions. Ensure the client is fully set up and comfortable using Tripla&aposs solutions. Client Relationship & Aftersales SupportMaintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement. Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities as client needs evolve. Gather feedback to share with the product team and improve service delivery. Work closely with Customer Success and Support teams to resolve issues and maintain high client retention. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in hospitality tech, SaaS, or hotel-related services. Familiarity with hotel operations, revenue management, and distribution strategies. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple client relationships. Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM systems and digital collaboration tools. Fluency in English; fluency in Filipino or Japanese is a plus.
