- Raise and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable, including follow-ups on outstanding invoices
- Assist with accounts payable processing as required
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support general finance and administrative tasks as needed
- Work within Reckon Accounts Desktop via remote access
- Utilize internal systems and tools to support finance and operations workflows
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems
- Support ongoing improvements in financial processes and efficiency
- Work closely with the internal team to support finance operations
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders on financial matters
- Contribute positively to a collaborative remote team environment
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
- Strong understanding of:
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Bank reconciliations
- General bookkeeping processes
- Close attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with Reckon Accounts Desktop, MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks
- Experience working with Australian clients or accounting practices
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team
