The Operations Associate under the Money Matters team is primarily responsible for handling accounting and finance-related clerical work, which includes, but is not limited to, recording daily sales, filing documents, issuing invoices, and coordinating with internal departments and external clients.Responsibilities:Ensure projects remain within scope and timelineReport the progress of projects to the project coordinator on a regular basisAssist in tracking project issues and drive their resolutionKeep accurate logs and complete paperwork for tasks or activitiesProactively make suggestions to the team on how to improve current processMust maintain excellent relationship with partners and stakeholders (i.e. government offices, banks, and others)Ensure proper documentation of activities by providing official receipts and other documents required for liquidationMaintain a 4.0 score/overall satisfaction rating from clients and/or peersRecording daily sales in Salesforce and other financial transactions of the VS12 groupFiling documents and issuing of manual service invoices for Accounts ReceivableAssists the Accounts Receivable Specialist when needed

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment
Goal-driven and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and willing to work with a team
Willing to work onsite for at least 8 hours between 7 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday
