Transactional Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepares accurate financial reports and ensures compliance with accounting standards and deadlines
  • Oversees tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirements
  • Manages cash flow, forecasts, and internal controls
  • Conducts risk assessments and supports compliance efforts
  • Leads team performance, training, and policy implementation
  • Drives process improvements and promotes efficiency
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience managing a finance team in a medium to large company
  • With MBA units and background in external audit
  • Experience in a multinational manufacturing setup
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IAS, IFRS, and local tax laws
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, costing, and variance analysis
  • Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of Oracle or SAP
  • Excellent English communication skills
LOCATION: Mariveles, Bataan
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Thursday; 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Fridays: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
