Experience with supplier/vendor coordination and handling discrepancies.Ability to support month-end and year-end close activities.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactionsProficiency with finance/accounting systems (e.g., Oracle or similar ERP).Ability to follow structured reporting and compliance timelines.Soft SkillsPrior exposure to balance sheet reconciliations.Experience generating and analyzing accounting-related reports.Familiarity with financial and inventory controls. * Specific system expertise in Oracle (can be trained if general ERP knowledge exists).
Prior experience in a shared services or large finance team environment.
