
Sr Accounting coordinator

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or any related courses
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2-3 years on a similar role)
- Helpdesk, customer service experience in financial environment (handle dispute, complaints etc)
- Experience in dealing with accounts payable related issues (complex issues)
- AR experience is also a plus
- Experience using ServiceNow and Oracle is a plus
- Basic experience in Excel (Vlookup, PVOT) is a plus
- Working knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Confidence to handle sensitive information and data effectively
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results and special attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and outside vendors

- Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.
