- Uphold and evolve the brand’s visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels (website, social media, packaging, email, etc.).
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visuals that communicate “high-end value” — luxury design at an attainable price point.
- Ensure all brand assets reflect authenticity, sophistication, and the lifestyle ethos of the brand.
- Create visually rich product backdrop mockups using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) — not Canva.
- Place real product images (on white backgrounds) into stylized, realistic environments such as kitchens, bathrooms, and interiors — maintaining correct scale, proportion, and lighting.
- Use AI tools appropriately to enhance visuals (e.g. generating background scenes).
- Maintain high standards for realism and composition in every render.
- Leverage generative tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Runway) to build on-brand scenes while applying human logic, taste, and refinement.
- Stay current on new AI-based design tools and use them responsibly to speed up workflow without compromising authenticity.
- Own the brand’s visual storytelling and ensure all content feels cohesive across touchpoints.
- Maintain an asset library of all branded templates, images, and files for internal use.
- Proven experience designing for product-based brands (home décor, lifestyle, CPG, or similar).
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of composition, proportion, and visual scale.
- Ability to combine AI-assisted design tools with manual editing to create polished, realistic visuals.
- Attention to detail and consistency — every element matters.
- A refined sense of aesthetic taste, lighting, and color balance aligned with premium interior and lifestyle visuals.
- Excellent portfolio showcasing brand identity work, product visualization, and cohesive design systems.
- Experience creating or managing brand guidelines.
- Background in interior, product, or visual merchandising design.
- Familiarity with Shopify, eCommerce platforms, or marketing teams.
- Understanding of social media aesthetics and content optimization.
