Associate Payroll SpecialistHybrid Work Arrangement - Night ShiftOrtigas, Pasig CityAre you interested to join Grundfos as an Associate Payroll Specialist? In this role, You will provide an organized and focused support to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payroll related processes and reporting for multiple countries globally.What is the Job all about?This role will ensure timely delivery of payroll related processes, i.e. monthly/weekly/bi-weekly in-house payroll processing within the payroll vendor's system. This role will also perform validation of payroll input versus payroll output files in order to minimize errors in the payroll calculation. This role will also ensure a timely delivery of post-payroll reports.This role will be part of the Payroll Operations Center department and will report directly to the HR Manager - Payroll Operations Center. The role will be based in Ortigas, Pasig City.Your main responsibilities:

Payroll processing - Performing in-house payroll processes in our global Payroll Provider's system based on process descriptions
Payroll validation - Cross comparison of the payroll inputs versus the payroll output calculation file
Payroll reporting - Preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual payroll reports either generated by the payroll provider's system or manually
Vendor communication - Communicating with the global payroll provider in case of technical issues
Internal communication - Communicating with the original process owner country i.e. with the Local Payroll Consultant, HR Country Manager or other local stakeholders

Your background:

Bachelor's degree from area of Finance or Accounting preferred
3+ years of experience within Payroll & Benefits in a multi country set-up
Payroll processing and Payroll output validation experience
Experience with outsourced payroll provider setup
Possession of process efficiency mindset
Work experience from a global company
Fluent in spoken and written English language
