For this particular position, proficiency in the French language is an essential requirement.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Validating and processing data inputs for our payroll and time tracking systemsQuery handling through our ServiceNow ticketing systemSupport our continuous improvement journey bij further streamlining and centralizing processesGeneral HR/Payroll administrative supporting activities (i.e. process documentation, continuous improvement, provide training, etc.)Required Knowledge and Experience:Completed at least 2 years College, Vocational or Bachelor’s Degree in any fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant HR or payroll highly preferredExperience with ADP Celergo, CloudPay, or other payroll software nice to haveStrong English written and verbal communication skillsAgile and flexible mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environmentFresh graduates are welcome to apply!Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package
