Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for all process certification frameworks across departments. Maintain an up-to-date process certification matrix for all operations team. Ensure timely renewal and re-certification processes are followed. Coordinate with process owners to define and update certification criteria and skill assessment protocols. Monitor compliance to certification requirements, flagging gaps and initiating corrective actions. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs related to technical skills and process competencies. Work with HR to schedule, track, and document all technical training programs, internal or external. Develop and maintain related training manuals, SOPs, and multimedia instructional materials. Assess employee skill levels and recommend upskilling programs to improve performance. Conduct periodic evaluations and knowledge assessments to measure training effectiveness. Identify skill gaps and work with management to create targeted development plans. Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across departments. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) With minimum 2 years of experience in training coordination, certification management, or process documentation (manufacturing environment preferred) Skills Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with process standards, certifications, LEAN manufacturing, ISO or continuous improvement methodologies Six Sigma certified a plus. Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training tracking tools. Knowledge of process mapping and competency frameworks. Basic understanding of manufacturing/engineering processes and terminology. Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams.
