- Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks Online.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Oversee transaction entries, including warranty payments and loan tracking.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with management to streamline financial procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
- Optional: Assist with customer service responsibilities during peak times.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
