If you like working with clear systems, staying organized, and finishing tasks on time, this role is for you.Duties and Responsibilities:What You’ll Be HandlingDay-to-Day Operations- Follow SOPs to keep existing operational checks updated and accurate.- Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by completing routine tasks on schedule and without errors.Inventory Management- Update and maintain inventory tracking and planning sheets.- Track bulk orders and incoming shipments, ensuring warehouses receive correct quantities.- Follow up with factories and warehouses on QC, delivery schedules and stock received.Reporting & Data Tracking- Fill in weekly and monthly reports (ops reports, inventory updates, KPIs)- Keep numbers clean and accurate so leadership has reliable data.Minimum Requirements:Language requirement: Excellent English Communication SkillsEducation: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)Experience: 2+ years of related experience in a backend role from retail or e-commerceWhat We’re Looking For- Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel.- Highly organized, detail-focused, and consistent with tasks.- Able to follow instructions and SOPs step by step.- Basic understanding of inventory, logistics and warehouse processes (inventory from China to US Customer)Bonus Points if You Have- Experience with DTC eCommerce brands (Shopify)- Experience working with 3PLs or warehousesWhy You’ll Love This Role- You’ll handle the core tasks that keep the business moving every day.- You’ll work with a clear structure and systems already set up.- You’ll be part of a fast-paced but organized team that values precision.
