A Client Relations Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our valued clients. Duties and Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns and complaints. Regularly meet with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services. Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs. Assist visitors and address employee queries regarding office management. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Ability to work well within a team. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
