Role Description We're hiring an Sales Representative who can do two things exceptionally well: Convert inbound interest: answer calls/emails/chats, recommend the right parts, and create accurate orders; and Build pipeline: proactively identify and qualify new leads, follow up on quotes, and nurture repeat business. You'll be the voice of our brand: guiding customers on fitment, pricing, availability, and delivery, while hitting clear revenue and service KPIs. Responsibilities Own inbound channels: Answer phone, email, and chat inquiries within SLA; diagnose needs and recommend parts (fitment, material, coatings, kits, etc.). Quote & order creation: Generate quotes, convert to sales orders, process payments/POs, and track to delivery; escalate exceptions (backorders, shipping issues, returns). Lead generation: Research and qualify prospects (shops, jobbers, small distributors, fleet/wholesale); run targeted outreach to book discovery calls. Account growth: Upsell complementary components (pads/rotors, hardware, chassis kits); reactivate dormant accounts; drive re-orders and subscriptions where applicable. Pipeline hygiene: Maintain CRM with clean notes, next steps, and probability; follow a structured cadence on open quotes and warm leads. Fitment accuracy: Use catalog tools to verify year/make/model/engine/position; collaborate with product/catalog teams on gaps or errors. Cross-functional: Coordinate with Operations/Customer Success on shipping ETAs, RMAs, and warranty claims; share customer feedback to improve listings and packaging. Marketplace support (nice to have): Assist with Amazon/Walmart/eBay customer messages and conversions when needed. Qualifications 2+ years in inside sales, inbound sales, or customer service with order entry responsibilities (automotive aftermarket preferred). Strong phone presence and polished writing; comfortable handling 30-60 touchpoints/day across phone/email/chat. Proficiency with CRM and ERP/order entry (NetSuite). Working knowledge of automotive parts & fitment (ACES/PIES familiarity is a plus). Solid Excel/Sheets skills (lookups, filters, pivots a plus). Detail-oriented, numbers-driven, and resilient; you follow a cadence and close loops.
