JOB OVERVIEWLR Floral is a premium floral company specializing in luxury weddings, corporate events, and upscale venue installations. We are looking for a driven and persuasive Sales Representative to help us grow our client base across the events industry.This is a remote, full-time role exclusively for candidates based in the Philippines. You'll be working directly with event planners, hotels, and clients to generate leads, pitch floral packages, and close deals.What You'll Be Doing:Prospect and qualify leads for weddings, corporate events, and venuesPresent custom floral packages via Zoom, WhatsApp, and emailFollow up on inquiries and handle objections professionallyTrack all communication and progress in CRMBuild lasting relationships with clients and event plannersReport weekly KPIs to the supervisorWhat We're Looking For:2+ years of sales experience (floral or event sales preferred)Excellent spoken and written EnglishStrong closer - confident handling objections and following upFamiliar with CRMs, Google Sheets, and communication tools like Zoom and WhatsAppMotivated by commission and performanceInternet and tech setup to handle daily calls (quiet space, reliable WiFi, good headset)
