This role is accountable for driving operational efficiency, financial performance, and sustainable growth across medium to large-scale operations.QualificationsBachelor's degree holderWith least 10 years of experience in sales operations, business development, and sales data analysis; including 5 years in a director-level leadership role within medium to large organizationsProven experience handling operations with 500–1000 FTEsIndustry background in Motorcycle, Automotive, Retail, or similar environment is highly preferredSolid financial and commercial acumen, including experience managing P&L responsibilities and articulating financial performanceStrong background in analyzing data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies and management reportsExperience collaborating with C-suite executives and senior stakeholdersProven success in leading teams within fast-paced, high-growth environmentsKey ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and direction for Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development teamsDevelop and implement operational strategies aligned with revenue and expansion targetsEstablish and drive performance management systems, KPIs, and accountability frameworksOversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimizationFoster cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency, customer experience, and market competitivenessDesign and implement scalable processes and systems to support business growthWork closely with executive leadership to shape long-term strategy and expansion initiativesMentor and develop senior leaders to build a strong, high-performing operations organizationEnsure adherence to company policies, governance standards, and industry best practices
