About the Role We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to guarantee a smooth and efficient operation of all machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility. This role involves conducting regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and implementing timely repairs to minimize downtime and support continuous production. The ideal candidate should posses a strong technical background, hands-on problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of manufacturing systems, with a focus on maintaining safety, quality, and operational efficiency across the plant. Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer. Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Electrical Engineer (REE) . At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance procedures, with hands-on experience in trouble shooting and repair. Proficient in implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, with a solid understanding best practices. Key responsibilities Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all plant operations. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to support uninterrupted production. Maintain equipment and facilities in optimal working condition, including spare parts inventory. Coordinate with internal teams and third-party service providers for maintenance activities. Participate in safety and EHS programs, ensuring proper reporting and adherence to protocols. Perform preventive maintenance and emergency response on various plant systems. Coordinate maintenance efforts with other teams, contractors, and engineers. Inspect and ensure compliance of electrical systems with safety and quality standards. Manage calibration records, assist in utility system repairs, and support GMP, 5S, and QHSE compliance. Required Skills Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems, including motors, circuits, and utilities. Proficient in preventive and corrective maintenance practices to reduce equipment downtime. Knowledge of safety standards and compliance frameworks such as QHSE, GMP, 5S, and EHS. Experience in spare parts inventory management and maintenance documentation. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and service providers.
