The Credit Support Officer is responsible for overseeing the Credit Support Staff to ensure they perform their duties effectively, and for making sure that credit checking reports are submitted accurately and on time, in accordance with external guidelines and the bank's risk, compliance, and assurance policies. Responsibilities Supervise Credit Support Staff and ensure their duties are effectively performed Guarantee accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of credit checking reports Maintain and regularly update the unit's database and backup files Review and ensure compliance of adverse record reports with BSP regulations and data-sharing laws Monitor and evaluate the unit's accounting processes, including procurement and recovery transactions Conduct and review operational reports (e.g. transaction counts, asset inventory, attendance) Serve as the Department's Risk and Compliance Coordinator Represent the Department in cross-functional teams and lectures as needed Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Department Head, including recruitment, audit responses, and handling special requests Qualifications College Graduate, preferably of a business course and other related fields.
