
IT Helpdesk Support Staff

- Monitor and manage daily data center operations, including company assets, equipment, server room temperature, power supplies, and air conditioning units.
- Handle daily IT operations for systems and office equipment (Windows OS, PCs, laptops, Wi-Fi, printers, and mobile devices), including startup and shutdown procedures.
- Provide technical support, installation, troubleshooting, and escalate incidents to the COL IT Infrastructure and Operations Teams when needed.
- Report system and application issues found during monitoring and assist with daily IT procedures.
- Prepare and submit required daily and monthly reports.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course.
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts if needed
- Knowledge of computer network equipment (switches, routers, basic firewall) is an advantage
- Familiarity with Linux OS and any programming language is a plus
- Must be residing in Angeles, Pampanga, or nearby areas
