JOB OVERVIEWDuties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of shared community spaces.
  • Coordinate community projects with third-party contractors.
  • Hire and manage contractors as needed.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
  • Prepare and manage bid documents, solicit bids from vendors, and evaluate proposals to ensure the best value for the community.
  • Communicate with residents regarding the Homeowners Association (HOA) matters.
  • Keep records of HOA documents and governing materials.
  • Maintain financial records and create budgets (both short and long-term).
  • Handle invoices, receivables, payables, and delinquencies.
  • Assist in planning and executing projects.
  • Monitor and report project progress.
  • Perform other admin ad hoc tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience with U.S. clients in the real estate and construction industry, particularly in roles related to project and/or property management or equivalent positions, is highly desirable.
  • Having experience in the Homeowners Association (HOA) sector within the United States is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in drafting and managing contracts and bids.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
