- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of shared community spaces.
- Coordinate community projects with third-party contractors.
- Hire and manage contractors as needed.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Prepare and manage bid documents, solicit bids from vendors, and evaluate proposals to ensure the best value for the community.
- Communicate with residents regarding the Homeowners Association (HOA) matters.
- Keep records of HOA documents and governing materials.
- Maintain financial records and create budgets (both short and long-term).
- Handle invoices, receivables, payables, and delinquencies.
- Assist in planning and executing projects.
- Monitor and report project progress.
- Perform other admin ad hoc tasks
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience with U.S. clients in the real estate and construction industry, particularly in roles related to project and/or property management or equivalent positions, is highly desirable.
- Having experience in the Homeowners Association (HOA) sector within the United States is advantageous.
- Proven experience in drafting and managing contracts and bids.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
