We are looking for a Business Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Founder as a fractional operations resource. You will be supporting entrepreneurs and c-level founders with day-to-day operational tasks, conducting business analysis, and suggesting workflow improvements to unlock efficiencies and improve performance. You will be working 40 hours per week during US hours and get paid weekly.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain alignment by tracking organizational vision, strategy, and priorities on Notion
  • Support Sales Enablement through Event Outreach to drive business development
  • Execute ongoing Project Management to ensure timely delivery of programs
  • Coordinate with Creative Team to manage content creation pipelines and publication
  • Document meeting notes, actions, and bottlenecks as needed on special projects
  • Personal admin that includes: Booking travel, managing email and calendar
  • Attend internal trainings to develop infrastructure solutions for our clients
  • Upload new content and information to website
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1-3 Years of work experience as a BizOps Associate or similar role
  • Experienced using Notion, Canva, Slack, GSuite, Tally, Mailchimp
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Excellent critical thinking, initiative, and with strong organizational skills
  • Comfort with managing and organizing large sets of information through databases
  • Time Zone - ideally operating between PST & EST (40hrs/week)
