Job Summary : Conducts Technical Audit to Provincial Toll Plants Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Conducts regular audit of technical disciplines - SOP, GMP and Food Safety to verify that toll plants are in conformance to applicable SOP and regulatory requirements 2. Conducts Root-Cause Analysis and Problem resolution techniques to turn around major SOP, GMP and Food Safety issues 3. Conduct SOP, GMP and Food Safety Training to employees. 4. Supervises audit specialists and mentor co-workers with interpretation of regulatory requirements - SOP requirements, and other documents, as applicable 5. Recommends and implements modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability 6. Evaluate and recommend corrective action to resolve major quality problems 7. Responds/validates to customer complaints, inquiries and audit requirements KEY QUALIFICATIONS Education : Bachelor&aposs/College Degree in Food Technology/ Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management, Agriculture major in Meat Processing or equivalent Experience : Preferably with 1-2 years Experience. Specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent. Job role in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent Special Skills : Knowledgeable of GMP, HACCP and Food Safety Principles Particular in the use of Root Cause Analysis and problem resolution techniques Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong communication skills - both written and oral, and organizational skills required.
