A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications or specialized training in relevant areas will be advantageous. At least 5 years of experience in a technical lead or similar role. A proven track record of leading teams towards valuable outcomes. Development experience (e.g. .Net C#, Python, Node.JS, Angular), implementation and hands-on experience on different IT applications/systems (e.g. SAP S4 Hana, ServiceNow, Workday). Proficiency with SQL databases, familiarity with Linux/Unix systems, and Windows server environments. Proficiency in Cloud computing (e.g. Azure), Scripting (e.g. Ansible, BASH, PowerShell) and data analytics will be an added advantage.
