Description: Direct Hiring Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Creative initiatives and projects for the Administration 2. Answering or solving HR related questions or issues within the organizations 3. Support the recruitment process 4. Maintenance of the actuality and correctness of all the stored data about employees and HR Related information, vacations, fluctuations, absences, lates, employee data record update 5. Helps in the processing of payrolls 6. Keeping the organization up to date regarding HRM practices 7. Coordination of the cooperation with recruitment agencies 8. Receive and file incoming letters and documents 9. Prepare requirements, reports and file returns 10. Create, revise, update policies 11. Prepare, Quitclaims of Resigned employees Qualifications: 1. Business Administration graduate, Major in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management or any relevent degrees 2. Practical experience in similar position 3. Must have an can do attitude, strong will and determination, resileincy, and integrity 4. With one to two years of experience 5. Wll versed in tax laws and government benefit concerns 6. Administration skills as well as ability to work under pressure 7. Strong communication skills 8. Computer literate 9. Preferred place of residency is NCR Requirements: Skills: (Not indicated)
