- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide detailed product information, including specifications, availability, and installation guidance.
- Manage order processing from quotation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and warranty claims with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Technical Support) to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain CRM data integrity by updating customer profiles, communication records, and order history.
- Assist in preparing customer reports, quotes, and documentation.
- Stay informed on product changes, flooring trends, and industry standards.
- Support training and mentoring of junior customer service team members, as needed.
- 2–4 years of customer service experience, preferably in flooring, building materials, construction, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of floorboard products, specifications, and industry terminology is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with sales teams or B2B customers is highly desirable.
