FIS Open Payment Framework (OPF) is a set of reusable and extensible components, frameworks, and technical services which can be assembled in different configurations to build a personalized Payment Processing System. From the Open Payment Framework, FIS has created predefined solutions around the bank payment hub, including Domestic & International payments (XCT), SEPA Direct Debits & Credit Transfers (SEPA), SCT INST, UK Faster Payments, Immediate Payments, eBanking (EBK), Business Payments (BP), NPP, BACS, US ACH.What you bring:- Banking/Payment Industry Experience between 6-10 years as Business Analyst.- End-to-end implementation experience (SWIFT, RTGS-CHAPS/FED/NACHA, Reconciliation, Investigations).- Hands-on payment systems experience (Payment Hub, Clearing, Settlement, ACH).- Understanding of business systems and industry requirements.- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies.- Understanding of regulatory changes and product mapping-Using AI tools and ensuring the incorporation of best practices and data input.What you will be doing:- Lead process improvement initiatives (ISO, Lean, Six Sigma).- Perform complex business/systems analysis, design, simulation.- Diagram and evaluate processes.- Lead cross-functional project teams.- Develop metrics and identify improvement indicators.- Facilitate quality improvement efforts.- Perform root cause analysis.- Assisting customers on Production Issues.Added bonus if you have:- Knowledge of FIS products & services- Financial services domain knowledge- Basic financial analysis knowledge-Data modelling and basic queries for data fetching, workaround and analysisWhat we offer you:- Opportunity to be part of a world-leading FinTech MNC- Career growth in core banking/payments domain- Competitive salary & GHMI coverage- High‑responsibility role with broad opportunitiesAt FIS, you can learn, grow and make an impact in your career.
