Essential Requirements:
  • Graduating student, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Must have no pending laboratory courses and be able to render full-time hours
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Available to work full-time, 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday, via Zoom with the camera on

Only qualified applicants will be contacted.About the RoleWe’re looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment OJT to support the recruitment team across basic coordination, administrative tasks, and backup support across recruitment operations.This role is designed to provide hands-on learning experience in sales roles, job posting, and applicant tracking systems (ATS), while assisting the team in day-to-day recruitment activities.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment Coordination (Support)
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Act as coordinator support for Sales Roles
  • Basic coordination tasks such as ATS management, interview scheduling and reminding, candidate sourcing, etc.
2. Candidate Follow-ups (Sales Support)
  • Conduct follow-up calls/messages for our sales roles
  • Maintain engagement and track candidate responses
3. Job Ads Creation & Publishing
  • Assist in creating and posting job ads across LinkedIn, JazzHR, SEEK, Indeed, and other platforms
  • Ensure job ads are accurate, complete, and posted on time
4. Social Media & Marketing Support
  • Provide backup support for Marketing's social media
  • Assist in posting recruitment-related content
  • Assist in monitoring and supporting engagement where needed
5. Multimedia Content Creation
  • Assist in creating basic recruitment materials (graphics, simple videos, job posts)
  • Support employer branding and hiring campaigns
6. Administrative & Ad Hoc Support
  • Assist with general recruitment administration tasks
  • Support the team with ad hoc requests from recruitment leadership
Qualifications:Preferred Skills
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage coordination tasks
  • Comfortable with candidate interaction (calls/messages)
  • Interest in recruitment, HR, and/or marketing
Technical requirements:
  • Windows 11 and above operating system or MacOS 13+
  • 256GB Storage space - minimum
  • 8GB - 16 GB RAM - minimum
  • Dual Core CPU - minimum
  • Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
  • Headset: Noise-cancelling (preferably)
  • Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
