Only qualified applicants will be contacted.About the RoleWe’re looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment OJT to support the recruitment team across basic coordination, administrative tasks, and backup support across recruitment operations.This role is designed to provide hands-on learning experience in sales roles, job posting, and applicant tracking systems (ATS), while assisting the team in day-to-day recruitment activities.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment Coordination (Support)
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Act as coordinator support for Sales Roles
- Basic coordination tasks such as ATS management, interview scheduling and reminding, candidate sourcing, etc.
- Conduct follow-up calls/messages for our sales roles
- Maintain engagement and track candidate responses
- Assist in creating and posting job ads across LinkedIn, JazzHR, SEEK, Indeed, and other platforms
- Ensure job ads are accurate, complete, and posted on time
- Provide backup support for Marketing's social media
- Assist in posting recruitment-related content
- Assist in monitoring and supporting engagement where needed
- Assist in creating basic recruitment materials (graphics, simple videos, job posts)
- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns
- Assist with general recruitment administration tasks
- Support the team with ad hoc requests from recruitment leadership
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage coordination tasks
- Comfortable with candidate interaction (calls/messages)
- Interest in recruitment, HR, and/or marketing
- Windows 11 and above operating system or MacOS 13+
- 256GB Storage space - minimum
- 8GB - 16 GB RAM - minimum
