- Coordinate day-to-day service delivery across a diverse client base
- Manage supplier and support worker bookings through the Care Manager system
- Proactively resolve shift gaps, schedule changes, and service issues
- Raise purchase orders (POs) for suppliers and send referrals on time
- Source and onboard new suppliers, providing recommendations to Care Managers
- Support Care Managers with service setup and ongoing coordination
- Liaise with clients, families, and service providers to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor service schedules and identify potential risks or gaps early
- Ensure all activities and updates are accurately recorded in internal systems
- Experience in service delivery, scheduling, or coordination roles (e.g., healthcare, aged care, logistics, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with experience liaising with clients, teams, and external providers
- Able to stay calm under pressure and handle last-minute changes or service gaps effectively
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues
- High attention to detail and accuracy in system updates and documentation
- Comfortable using CRM, rostering, or scheduling systems
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Community Services, or a related field are an advantage
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6 AM-3 PM (PHT), possible rotating shifts, and a hybrid setup with one day WFH per week.
