What You'll Do Coordinate day-to-day service delivery across a diverse client base Manage supplier and support worker bookings through the Care Manager system Proactively resolve shift gaps, schedule changes, and service issues Raise purchase orders (POs) for suppliers and send referrals on time Source and onboard new suppliers, providing recommendations to Care Managers Support Care Managers with service setup and ongoing coordination Liaise with clients, families, and service providers to ensure seamless delivery Monitor service schedules and identify potential risks or gaps early Ensure all activities and updates are accurately recorded in internal systems Key Criteria Experience in service delivery, scheduling, or coordination roles (e.g., healthcare, aged care, logistics, or similar) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Confident communicator with experience liaising with clients, teams, and external providers Able to stay calm under pressure and handle last-minute changes or service gaps effectively Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues High attention to detail and accuracy in system updates and documentation Comfortable using CRM, rostering, or scheduling systems Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Community Services, or a related field are an advantage Work setup Manila (BGC, Taguig): 6 AM-3 PM (PHT), possible rotating shifts, and a hybrid setup with one day WFH per week.
