Your Role: As a Test Analyst, you will: Assist with Test Plan(s) and other testing documentations Design and execute test scripts for all phases of testing such as System & Integration Testing (SIT), Regression, End-to-End (E2E) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Post Implementation Verification/Post Verification Testing (PIV or PVT), etc Log and analyse defects/incidents using internal defect management tools Assist with testing preparations including setup of Test Environments, User profile setup, Scrum tickets, test data, etc Analyse project requirements to design and determine testing scope and coverage Liaising with Business Analysts/Users, Subject Matter Experts and/or Development teams to ensure testing scope and coverage meet project requirements Peer review of all testing documentations to ensure accuracy, completeness and traceability to the project business requirements Assist with defect triage, resolution and retesting Analyse data extracts and/or perform basic SQL queries/scripts using internal SQL tools What You Need: Non-negotiables Proven experience as either a Quality Assurance/Test Analyst Fluent in English with good communication skills Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools and processes Willingness to learn new technology skills to keep pace with product improvements and/or enhancements Good understanding of various testing methodologies such as Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) Familiarity of working in an agile environment About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
