This team is responsible for ensuring the seamless onboarding and lifecycle management of new members and accounts. The team interacts directly with clients, providing guidance throughout the onboarding process and managing critical processes that underpin the client account lifecycle Primary Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the client lifecycle, including testing support for industry preparation related to settlement and asset services. Provide testing support and respond to client inquiries regarding account setups, file access, and subscriptions. Ensure operational readiness and a successful transition to production by the implementation date. Provide client support on Day 1 of the Go-Live. Take ownership of the client lifecycle and ensure timely resolution of any issues that arise. Successfully manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Build and maintain strong relationships across all teams involved in client onboarding. Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency by collaborating across teams and the broader DTCC organization. Create and maintain project documentation as needed (e.g., project status reports, SOPs, project plans, test plans). Serve as the voice of the client when appropriate, offering feedback and potential recommendations to Product Management. Effective resolution of technical issues and seamless integration of new accounts. **NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. ** Qualifications Needed For Success Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a project management/integration consulting role in the Financial Services industry Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of technical implementation processes and system navigation Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess and improve technical processes Familiarity with DTCC platforms, especially SIFMU DTC and NSCC systems, is a plus We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
