MAJOR OBJECTIVES To assist and support the overall functioning of the Art & Craft Categories To ensure timely and accurate data entry, compilation, review, and maintenance To provide administrative support as necessary To assist with product and catalogue development, customer service and inventory enquiries To assist with new item set up, website structures and product asset collation To bring creative experience and expertise to assist with OEM product development To assist with tasks associated with catalogue projects and related marketing materials To assist with competitive research and record keeping SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Support product and category tasks and requests as needed Review art & craft competitors and website platforms and identify ideas for craft products. Support product listings; prepare data within Excel submission sheets Preparation and accuracy of new item set up, discontinued files and product pricing Competitor price research, collation and monitoring Product matching for Tender submissions Assist with Catalogue development including proofing and price checking Assist with ensuring all compliance regulations are meet, includes gathering relevant test reports and liaising with the Compliance team to ensure all details are accurate and up to date. Ensure all Safety Data Sheets are up to date and online for customer access. This includes preparing and ensuring all details are correct for all SDS's. Provide superior customer service to direct and indirect customers. Assist our customer service team and sales representatives with their queries, in a timely and professional manner. Assist with competitive research and analysis to ensure that category stays in line with or ahead of competitors and is the market leader Ensure the website is up to date and has the correct images, copy and price. This includes but is not limited to gathering and coding images, writing copy which meets SEO sources, ensuring all products have prices and maintaining the order and structure of the website. Check orders have been placed on time and delivery dates are met Collate supplier and product data spreadsheets and where needed communicate and follow up as required Support product information such as copy writing, photography and proof reading Provide administrative support as necessary and work with other teams to achieve outcomes Marketing Related Experience To assist and support the overall functioning of the Art & Craft Categories To bring creative experience and expertise to assist with OEM product development To assist with tasks associated with catalogue projects and related marketing materials To assist with competitive research and record-keeping Administrative Related Experience To ensure timely and accurate data entry, compilation, review, and maintenance To provide administrative support as necessary To assist with product and catalogue development, customer service and inventory enquiries To assist with new item set-up, website structures and product asset collation Competencies/Personality Traits Skills in graphic design or related creative field Highly proficient with data - being able to work with documents and spreadsheets and back-end systems to maintain and create product master data, copy and SEO content A multi-tasking wizard and superior administrator - our team's a busy environment where there are many balls in the air at one time and being able to not drop them and meet deadlines is key! Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and the world of vLookups! Tech savvy and interested to learn a variety of IT platforms to improve working efficiency Passionate about education and the chance to make a difference for students and educators across Australia and New Zealand
