Zigzag is looking for a Company Nurse to join the team!*You must be willing to report onsite from Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm*Office is located in Ortigas, Pasig CityThe company nurse is in charge of ensuring the health and well-being of employees in the workplace. The role is to provide primary health care services, administer first aid and emergency care, conduct health assessments and screenings, and promote a healthy and safe workplace. The company nurse will work closely with management and human resources to ensure that the company's health and safety regulations and policies are followed.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide primary health care services to employees

Administer first aid and emergency care as needed
Administer medications and vaccinations as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and document employee health status and medical treatment
Maintain medical records and ensured confidentiality of employee health information

Conduct health assessments and screenings

Assigned for monitoring pre-employment medical examinations
Conduct periodic health assessments and screenings for employees
Review medical records and recommend appropriate follow-up care
Assign in validating any submitted medical certificate

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
Participate in safety audits and inspections
Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend corrective actions

Collaborate with management and human resources

Communicate with management regarding employee health issues and concerns
Provide input on health-related aspects of company policies and programs
Maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external healthcare providers

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be a Registered Nurse in the Philippines
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
Willing to work onsite from monday to friday in Ortigas
