Role Description: We are seeking a full-time Brand Specialist to assist in conceptualizing and implementing marketing activities to drive sales turnover, market share, and profitability. The Brand Specialist will supervise and contribute to overall marketing efforts and play an integral role in the development and execution of marketing plans to achieve targets, from brand awareness to promotions. Responsibilities: Analyze consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas and concepts. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all channels. Assist in naming, packaging design, and overall branding for new product launches. Monitor social media and online presence to maintain a positive brand image. Track sales turnover on a per-product and per-account basis. Assist and coordinate with the Brand Manager to monitor inventory on a daily basis. Work with external agencies, accounts, and influencers to amplify brand reach. Qualifications: 3 to 4 years of experience as a Brand Assistant/Brand Specialist or in a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google applications, Canva, and Market Research.
