Job Title: E-commerce & Brand Marketing Specialist Company: Here & There Philippines Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC) Position Type: Full-time, Onsite Salary : Starting at Php 25-27,000 Overview: We are seeking a versatile and proactive E-commerce & Brand Marketing Specialist to manage our Shopify store, oversee digital marketing efforts, handle social media accounts, and support brand activation and PR events. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of e-commerce management, digital marketing, branding, and event support skills to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and engage our audience effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Shopify online store, including product listings, theme customization, and troubleshooting. Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates. Develop, plan, and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, PPC, and content marketing. Manage and grow social media accounts, creating engaging content aligned with brand voice. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support brand activations, promotional campaigns, and PR events. Assist in planning and executing brand activation events and publicity initiatives. Monitor and analyze store and campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights. Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities. Manage store setup elements such as payment gateways, shipping, and taxes. Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI/ ROAS Stay updated with Shopify platform advancements, e-commerce trends, and digital marketing innovations. Support PR initiatives by liaising with media, preparing press materials, and coordinating logistics for events. Qualifications: Proven experience managing Shopify stores and digital marketing campaigns. Strong social media management skills across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc Knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO best practices. Excellent communication, creative, and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate events and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Note: Having experience with beauty brands is a strong advantage for this role. The beauty industry is dynamic, with evolving trends and a focus on personalized customer experiences. We need individuals who understand the unique aspects of marketing and selling beauty products, including the importance of brand building, customer engagement, and staying ahead of trends.
