Kyodo Spaces is a modern coworking and business hub designed for entrepreneurs, professionals, and growing companies. We provide flexible workspaces, meeting rooms, event spaces, and business support services. We're looking for a Receptionist who will be the friendly face of Kyodo - welcoming guests, assisting members, and ensuring a smooth daily experience in our spaces. Responsibilities : Welcome and assist clients, members, and guests at the front desk. Answer calls, emails, and inquiries (in-person and online). Assist in booking coworking spaces, meeting rooms, and events. Provide information about Kyodo services, including Virtual Office packages . Provide information about Kyodo services and promotions. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth day-to-day service. Handle basic administrative tasks (mail handling, records, etc.). Ensure the reception and areas are clean, organized, and inviting. Qualifications College graduate or at least 2 years of relevant experience. Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented. Strong communication skills (English & Filipino). Basic computer skills (Google, MS Office, email, chat apps). Knowledge of Virtual Office services (business address, mail handling, registration assistance) is an advantage. Organized, reliable, and able to multitask. Previous front desk, hospitality, coworking, or serviced office experience is a plus. Show more Show less
