- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the AEC sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients (US, UK, Middle East, AU)
- Promote Addmore's remote staffing and outsourcing solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to align client requirements
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in BPO, outsourcing, or AEC services
- Strong understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
- Experience dealing with international clients is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Experience using Sales Navigator, GoHighLevel (GHL), Outplay, and other CRM tools
- Background in technical recruitment or staffing solutions
- Existing network in AEC companies, contractors, or consultants
- Experience selling remote workforce or offshore staffing services
