This position oversees compensation, benefits, and rewards programs, ensuring payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and employee access to benefits. The role manages market benchmarking, job evaluations, and vendor relationships, while collaborating with Finance on budget planning and monitoring for all Total Rewards initiatives. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Total Rewards Management: Management of compensation and benefits programs. Lead the review, design and development of comprehensive compensation and rewards packages that align with business objectives and strategies. Ensures that payroll runs on a regular and definitive pay cycle. Ensures that the company is compliant with government-mandated benefits and taxes. Ensures that employees can access and avail of benefits available to them, whether company-initiated or government-mandated. Establish and maintain compensation and rewards guidelines that reflect organizational culture and values. Oversee the creation and analysis of job descriptions, evaluations, and classifications. Conduct salary and labor market research to set competitive benchmarks and adjust compensation and rewards structures accordingly. Lead efforts to assess various employee needs through organizational surveys and feedback mechanisms. Ensure compensation practices adhere to legal requirements and integrate best practices in the field. Support annual processes such as salary reviews, bonus planning, and benefits review and administration. Market Intelligence & Relationship Management: Maintain active relationships with external vendors (e.g., WTW) and peer companies to stay updated on market trends and best practices. Participate in industry surveys and analyze results to inform internal strategies. Conduct internal benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure consistency and equity across the group. Budget Management Manage the budget for Total Rewards, including salaries and benefits budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Collaborate with Finance in managing the Human Resources budget. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, or other relevant Management or Social Science disciplines; Total Rewards Certification is a plus Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience; excellent industry awareness and understanding of total rewards management Technical Skills: Knowledge of job analysis, job evaluation, grade recommendations, and reward management tools and techniques Ability to analyze and develop innovative and business-focused solutions that take account of the employee's needs Ability to develop structured processes, policies and procedures that support goal achievement Has a good working knowledge in HRIS, especially for timekeeping and payroll Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g., WTW Compensation) is an advantage.
