Position Overview: The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is responsible for the effective administration and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures that all offerings are competitive, compliant with local labor regulations, and aligned with Valor Global's commitment to employee well-being and engagement. Tasks: Administer company benefits program based on approved policies and processes Provide guidance to employees on queries related to the company benefits Administer company HMO and Insurance benefits program and act as a liaison officer between the company and the HMO provider Administer statutory benefits processing (SSS, Pag-IBIG, and Philhealth) which include processing of employee application for benefits and relevant update information Handle leave benefits administration for all employees Act as main POC and coordinate exit process for departing employees Manage company timekeeping and ensures the accuracy of timekeeping entries Manage statutory reporting and preparation of related statutory reports Ensure resolution of employee requests, queries, concerns, and complaints related to payroll to provide a high level of customer service to employees Maintain employee information on any platform used by the company to ensure the accuracy of data Conduct new hire orientation and benefits orientation to build a strong foundation for new employees and increase employee engagement Identify and coordinate C&B solutions to improve business performance Contribute to various process improvements and initiatives to streamline processes and improve the employee experience. Perform any other ad-hoc projects and other tasks defined and assigned from time to time Conduct market research and benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness initiatives, and incentive schemes. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal HR policies. Support payroll processes and performance-based compensation initiatives. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits. Promote and manage employee programs such as Valor University, Valor Cares, and paid volunteer time. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or a related HR function. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
