
Field Service Engineer

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of company equipment in the field (customers, clients, etc)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to equipment
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance and calibration based on schedules
- Provide training and technical support to customers on the use of equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and related expenses
- Collaborate with other members of the service team to resolve complex technical issues
- Work closely with sales & marketing teams to identify new opportunities for service and support
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current on new technologies and equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in servicing and maintaining high-tech scientific or medical equipment (must be from healthcare medical device industry; experience in critical care/surgery/operating room settings is an advantage)
- Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to do field-work and travel to client sites as needed
